Key Ingredients:
- Potato - 3(big)
- Paneer - 100gms (grated)
- Cooked green peas - 1/2 cup(roughly mashed)
- Onion - 1(finely chopped)
- Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil
How to make:
- Heat oil in a pan, add onion,fry till it becomes tender.
- Now add garam masala powder,coriander powder,red chilli powder,salt and fry till the raw smell leaves.Let it cool.
- Mix them with green peas & paneer.Make small balls,the stuffing is ready now.keep aside.
- Cook potato ,mash them,add salt & pepper,mix well.
- Make small balls out of the mashed potato,pat them gently,place the stuffing balls in the middle & close it with the mashed potato and pat again gently to make circular shaped tikkis.
- Heat tawa,shallow fry the tikkis in medium flame on both sides till they turns golden brown in colour.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup or sweet tamarind chutney.
